Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, our couriers deliver to hundreds of customers across the UK, ensuring that they provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to our customers at all times.
All our products are kept in our manufacturers/wholesalers distribution centres for safe storage and quick dispatch.
Delivered by experienced and professional couriers; not only leaving out the middleman to save more money for our customers but also ensuring your item is delivered with due care and consideration by our expert and skilled logistic team.
Our furniture comes in heavy duty packaging for more efficient, safe transport and our orders picked and arranged asap. Once your order is ready for dispatch we’ll notify you of your delivery day and time through either by text message, email and/or a personal phone call. You can either accept the given time slot or ask us for an alternative date and time. We aspire to deliver all our items between the 5 – 10 working days.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Free delivery – For everyone across the UK, we deliver free to UK mainland except for remote areas i.e Scottish Highlands (Small surcharge). Deliveries usually take place between 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and lead time is usually between 5 to 10 days.
Weekend and evening deliveries
- Specially designated evenings and weekend deliveries. We can offer a guaranteed evening delivery after 5 pm to 9 pm or a weekend delivery for an additional charge of £25.00
- A small surcharge for remote postcodes including the Scottish Highlands. Please email with full address for full quotes.
Now we want you to be thrilled with your purchase at efurnitureuk but If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. All items being returned must be pre-arranged, and either organised to be returned by yourself, or by us (for a 10% charge to cover collection costs), and items MUST be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a re-saleable condition. Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued.
