Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email for your reference. We will get to work on your order asap. We will pick it and set it aside for delivery. Once it is is ready for dispatch we’ll notify you of your delivery day and time through either by text message, email and/or a personal phone call. You can either accept the given time slot or ask us for an alternative date and time.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. All items being returned must be pre-arranged, and either organised to be returned by yourself, or by us (for a 10% charge to cover collection costs), and items MUST be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a re-saleable condition. Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued.
